Refund policy

At TP Hub, we provide professional services and digital deliverables. As such, our refund policy differs from that applicable to physical goods.

1. Nature of Services
All services and deliverables provided are digital and/or customized based on client requirements. No physical goods are shipped.

2. No Returns
Due to the nature of our services, completed and delivered work is non-returnable.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The service has not yet been initiated; or
  • A written cancellation request is received before substantial work has begun

Once work has commenced or deliverables have been shared, no refunds will be issued.

4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation by contacting us at TPhuborg@outlook.com.
If the request is made before work begins, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Quality Concerns
If you believe the delivered service does not meet the agreed scope, please contact us within a reasonable time at TPhuborg@outlook.com. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer revisions.

6. Exceptions
No refunds will be provided for:

  • Completed services
  • Delivered digital materials
  • Change of mind after delivery

7. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
